At Sweet Chemistry, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. We service and ship e-commerce orders from our facility in New York City with the goal of processing orders within 24 hours of receipt. All e-commerce orders in the U.S. ship complimentary via tracked carrier and typically arrive between the hours of 9AM and 8PM. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Box numbers, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
If an order is undeliverable because a signature was not obtained at the first delivery attempt, the delivery agent will leave a calling note. Delivery agent will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions. Following the third attempt, the delivery agent may deliver the package to your local "Access" point if nearby. Delivery is trackable on the provided shipping status link.

We want you to love your Sweet Chemistry products. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns should be sent to 368 9th Avenue, 6th Floor, NY, NY, 10001 Attn: Sweet Chemistry along with a copy of the e-commerce sales receipt.
Note that packages returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be issued until we have received the package. We suggest that you return the package with proof of shipping and tracking. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been accepted and processed. Please allow for seven business days for the credit to be fully processed. -
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all e-commerce orders being shipped to New York, the state in which our company is located. Sales tax is applied to the total purchase and will be displayed through the checkout process and on the receipt.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail followed by a shipping notification with a link to track your package delivery status.
