Matrikynes® are different from growth factors and exosomes, even though they all fall under the broad umbrella of ‘cell-signaling factors’. Matrikynes® are small, naturally-occurring peptides derived from the extracellular matrix, which is your skin’s native structural network. Unlike growth factors or exosomes, which can stimulate many cellular pathways (some of which are still being studied), Matrikynes® are highly specific and work primarily to support skin repair, renewal, and resilience.
Matrikynes® have not been shown to stimulate cancer cell growth. In fact, our proprietary Matrikynes® ingredient has been extensively tested in both preclinical and clinical settings, and safety has always been a top priority. These peptides are not classified as growth factors, and they do not act on cell proliferation pathways in the same way. In our laboratory studies, we have not observed any evidence of unwanted cellular activity, and our formulations are designed to support healthy, balanced skin function.

At Sweet Chemistry, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. We service and ship e-commerce orders from our facility in New York City with the goal of processing orders within 24 hours of receipt. All e-commerce orders in the U.S. ship complimentary via tracked carrier and typically arrive between the hours of 9AM and 8PM. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Box numbers, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
If an order is undeliverable because a signature was not obtained at the first delivery attempt, the delivery agent will leave a calling note. Delivery agent will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions. Following the third attempt, the delivery agent may deliver the package to your local "Access" point if nearby. Delivery is trackable on the provided shipping status link.

Subscription members receive an exclusive 15% discount on all products on every order. Navigate to the product page of the item you want a subscription to, where you will see two purchasing options. Select the 'Subscribe & Save' option. and choose the replenishment frequency in the drop-down menu. You can conveniently update or cancel your subscription by signing into your Sweet Chemistry account.
Please note: We are unable to update or cancel a subscription renewal order once it has been processed and shipped. Any changes or cancellations must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled renewal date.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, simply email support@sweetchemistry.com, and our team will guide you through the process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all e-commerce orders being shipped to New York, the state in which our company is located. Sales tax is applied to the total purchase and will be displayed through the checkout process and on the receipt.
