1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Sweet Chemistry Inc., 455 West 22nd Street, 2nd Floor, New York NY 10011. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Instagram, or any other platform. By entering, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older and have never previously subscribed to Sweet Chemistry email. Sweet Chemistry employees and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry period. August 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

4. How to enter. Subscribe to Sweet Chemistry email at [landing page URL] during the entry period — one (1) entry per person. Also opt into Sweet Chemistry texts during the entry period for one (1) additional entry. Maximum two (2) entries per person. Text opt-in is optional and not required to enter or win; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel. Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries are void.

5. Prizes. Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Complete Max Repair System (approximate retail value: over $600; total: over $6,000). Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash substitution, though Sweet Chemistry may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Limit one prize per person and household. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

6. Winners. Ten winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email on or about September 4, 2026. A winner who does not respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, forfeits the prize and an alternate may be selected. Acceptance of a prize permits Sweet Chemistry to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state for promotional purposes, except where prohibited.

7. General. Sweet Chemistry may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises it, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you release Sweet Chemistry and its affiliates from any claims arising from the sweepstakes or use of a prize, and you agree that any information you submit is handled per our [Privacy Policy]. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY.
